UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS; however, we do offer exchanges. If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us 24 hours after delivery to process an exchange. You have 3 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, have tags and the receipt or proof of purchase. Product can not have hands ran through it nor have a comb or brush ran through it.  Please send us an email detailing your exchange. Include your full name and order number. Once item has been received in its original condition an exchange will be processed or a store credit will be issued. Cancellations are allowed one hour after your purchase. Shipping is non refundable. There is a $45 restocking fee on all cancellations. ALL SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

You won’t miss your big night out with your beautiful new hair. Due to our high volume of orders please allow 24-48 hours for processing. We offer standard shipping 5-7 business days, priority shipping 2-3 business days, or visit us at our Atlanta based store. Store is located at  938 Main Street Forest Park, Ga. 30297. Once your order has shipped email tracking notification will be sent. If your package is lost or stolen please contact your local post office.
