All bundles and wigs are 1B in color and last 6 months to a year with proper care. Wigs can be customized with processing from 3-7 business days. Please send email with desired customization prior to order. Additionally, we have transparent lace frontals and closures. We only offer high quality hair products for our lovely customers.

 You won’t miss your big night out with your beautiful new hair. Due to our high volume of orders please allow 1-3 business days for processing. We offer standard shipping 5-7 business days, priority shipping 2-3 business days, or visit us at our Atlanta based store. Store is located at  

938 Main Street Forest Park, Ga. 30297. We do not ship on the weekends. Hours of operation are Tuesday-Saturday from 10am-6pm. Once your order has shipped email tracking notification will be sent. Please check spam or junk folder. If your package is lost or stolen please contact your local post office to file a claim. If your order is delayed please contact Forest Park, Georgia post office for updated information regarding you order.

Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations

 

UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS; however, we do offer exchanges. If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us 24 hours after delivery to process an exchange. You have 3 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, have tags and the receipt or proof of purchase. Product can not have hands ran through it nor have a comb or brush ran through it.  Please send us an email detailing your exchange. Include your full name and order number. Once item has been received in its original condition an exchange will be processed or a store credit will be issued. Cancellations are allowed one hour after your purchase. Shipping is non refundable. There is a $45 restocking fee on all cancellations. ALL SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
